• Business advisers to structure a growth analysis of a client company
• Enterprise support organisations to measure their "value-added".

SPOTcheck:

• Provides an analytical framework against which owner/managers and business advisers can make a structured assessment of a business' potential for growth
• Provides a basis for prescribing the appropriate business development interventions for the business
• Tracks progress made between two or more SPOTcheck assessments at different times
• Compares the assessment against the averages for similar types of business (benchmarking).
